Terms and Conditions

Collection and Usage of Data

10antprofiles will be required to collect personal information when rental applicants apply for residential tenancy vacancies advertised publicly or privately by a land lord of agency. Such information may include but is not limited to:

  • Full legal name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • The address of the property to which the applicant is applying

  • Tenant preference results

10antprofiles stores applicant information in an appropriate data-warehouse and will provide this information to the client contacts involved in selection of applicants. In addition, statistics may be produced for the ongoing evaluation of the assessments and research and to improve 10antprofiles' tenant prediction framework in an aggregated and anonymous basis.

Rental Applicants Consent and Agree That:

  • They are making their personally identifiable information available to 10antprofiles during the undertaking of assessments.

  • 10antprofiles' personnel, the leasing agent or landlord, and third party suppliers may disclose personally identifiable information with each other in connection with the assessments and for the maintenance of an appropriate data warehouse.

  • 10antprofiles and third party suppliers may store their personally identifiable information in an appropriate data warehouse.

  • 10antprofiles and third party suppliers may use aggregated non-attributable data from assessments to conduct research and analysis.

  • In no event shall they hold 10antprofiles liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use information or materials made available to applicants, landlords, or agents.

  • They will notify 10antprofiles via 10antprofiles@gmail.com if they do not wish for their application to progress.

  • All reports remain the property of the respective agent or landlord.

  • Upon request in writing to 10antprofiles@gmail.com, after 12 months post completion of the assessment, tenancy candidates can request, in writing, for their data to be de-identified within 10antprofiles' data warehouse. 

Privacy

To effectively consult to organisations on rental applications, 10antprofiles must collect personal, potentially sensitive information from both client and applicant.

10antprofiles has strict standards about the treatment of personal information and in particular, the treatment of assessment reports.  We endeavour to conduct all our business in line with the National Privacy Act.

As per the Psychologists Registration Act 2000, 10antprofiles holds all records, notes and assessment results for a period of seven years. These records are held securely and in accordance with the National Privacy Act and cannot be shared with anyone or used for any other purpose without expressed instruction.

10antprofiles does not use any personal applicant information for marketing purposes nor does it pass this information on to other parties without express permission from the individual/s concerned.

Before partaking in an assessment, applicants are required to indicate their agreement to these Terms and Conditions. By taking part in the tenant safety (psychometric) assessment process, the information obtained will only be shared by 10antprofiles with the land lord or agency that have requested the report, and is involved in the selection decision.
